Celebration Academy is offering a weekly story hour for young children – Friday mornings at 9:30 am at the 9^th Street Wellness Center, 1028 9^th Street, Green Bay, WI 54304. The story hour is free. An optional craft project related to the book is available after reading the story. The craft project fee is $2. Reservations may be made at 490-9699.

Fun is the name of the game with this family-friendly exhibit about toys. From Jack-in-the-Box to Hokey Pokey Elmo, take a peek inside some of today’s and yesterday’s popular toys to explore the gadgets and gizmos that make them work. Toys features 12 different hands-on stations that illustrate the simple mechanisms commonly found in toys and is full of kid-friendly games and challenges. Trace patterns on a gigantic Etch A Sketch or become a master toymaker and experiment with the many different mechanical and electrical doodads that make toys so fun! Get the family together and get ready… get set… GO PLAY!

Ballroom Dance and Lesson - Lesson 7pm to 8pm - Dancing from 8pm to 10pm.  Lesson covers beginners to advanced.  NO CONTRACT - NO COMMITMENT - PAY-AS-YOU-GO!  You pay"ONLY" $9 per person at the door.  We offer the most for your money, we do not limit the dance moves you can learn.  Our lessons include Bronze, Silver, Gold and Showtime moves and you get all this for "ONLY $9 PER PERSON"  The instructor has been teaching for 30 years and was certified through Arthur Murray Dance Studio.
