LovingKindness $60 4 week series
Lovingkindness meditation is a mindful practice that allows one to focus on affirmative and loving expression towards ourselves and others. This 90 minute per session, four week course will teach techniques in breathing and will guide the participant through a series of meditations that begin with directing lovingkindness to ourselves and end with sending lovingkindness to all beings everywhere. This course is good way to develop a practice of mindfulness that will help create positive attitudes, less stress, healing in the physical body and release from pain.
