Northern Wisconsin. NORML is dedicated to reforming Cannabis laws in Wisconsin for a safer and brighter future for all the citizens and businesses in our state. Cannabis can be used safely and responsibly by adults.  Our laws can be reformed to allow harm reduction and compassion to all users, while at the same time, offering our state a new revenue generating industry. Collected taxes and saved criminal justice costs can get reallocated to new schools, teachers, hospitals, police, and public health, so all of Wisconsin can benefit from a more responsible public policy.
