Feb 29- Mar 2, 2008 Cancer Crusher Cruise in Mountain, WI. Sponsored by Chute Pond Snowmobile Club, Doze Inn, Everbreeze Resort, and Vollmar’s Trailside. All snowmobilers are welcome to come and help us raise money to help out Katie and Della, two club members recently diagnosed with cancer. As part of this event, there will be an appetizer buffet at Everbreeze Resort on Chute Pond Friday from 6-9 pm, a chili feed at Doze Inn on Chute Pond Saturday from 11 am- 2 pm, and a spaghetti feed and raffles at Vollmar’s Trailside in Suring Saturday 4-9 pm. Minimum sponsorship or donation to participate is $25. All riders receive two commemorative ride stickers. Riders who raise $100 or more receive a long sleeve T with the ride logo on the shirt. Grand prize for the top money maker is a Garmin nuvi 200 GPS unit. And it's coming to the Milwaukee Public Museum beginning January 18th for a limited engagement.

The Central Wisconsin Children's Museum will be hosting a traveling exhibit featuring a train with all the bells and whistles. Climb aboard Brio's giant interactive train set to pull levers, load cargo, and see what it takes to get goods from the farm to the market. This exhibit is sponsored by Sentry Foundation and is open during regular museum hours.

Did you know that March is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month? I have volunteered as an educational advocate to learn more about multiple sclerosis and educate others.

Over 400,000 Americans are diagnosed with MS. The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America is a national charitable organization dedicated to enriching the quality of life for everyone affected by MS.
