Nigel Egg plays original blues songs, a few classics, and a very personal collection of American Roots music.As a Singer/Songwriter, he has won multiple awards from music organizations like the Minnesota Folk Festival and the Austin (TX) Songwriters Group. Nigel won honors recently at the Great River Festival (LaCrosse, WI), The Big Top Chautauqua Songwriter contest (Bayfield, WI), the Highway 61 Folks Festival (Mahtowa, MN) and scored a second-place win at the prestigious Telluride (CO) Blues and Brews festival in their annual Acoustic Blues Competition.
