<title>Celebrate the Niagara Escarpment</title>

&lt;p&gt;Come see the newest temporary exhibits at the Weis Earth Science Museum on &amp;ldquo;the Ledge&amp;rdquo;&amp;mdash;the steep rock cliffs of the Niagara Escarpment, which extends across much of North America.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This exhibit showcases the paintings of the Water&amp;rsquo;s Edge Artists, who have formed a collaboration with the Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership to conserve Wisconsin precious land and water resources.&amp;nbsp; These artists create their paintings &amp;ldquo;on location&amp;rdquo; in nature (en plein air).&amp;nbsp; All paintings on exhibit at the Weis are available for purchase.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also featured is a mini-exhibit highlighting the geology and history of the Niagara Escarpment.&amp;nbsp; It includes a game to see if you can match photos of the ledge to their location.&amp;nbsp; The Weis is open seven days a week to the public.&amp;nbsp; Please check our website or give us a call for our business hours.&amp;nbsp; Exhibit ends December 31, 2010.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

On Friday &amp;amp; Saturday, August 20 &amp;amp; 21, 2010, at the Hilbert Civic Park located on Highway 57/32,  in Hilbert, WI. The &amp;ldquo;Voices of Peace&amp;rdquo; will host their 6th annual Gospel Fest from 2 PM to 10 PM on Friday, and from 10 AM to 9 PM on Saturday.  No admission fees will be charged, just a freewill donation.  Bring your lawn chairs, family, and be ready for a wonderful, spirit filled weekend!   There will be 20 performing groups, playing country, bluegrass, and southern gospel music from: Iowa, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, Michigan, Nebraska, Tennessee, Indiana, and Wisconsin.    Food, snacks &amp;amp; refreshments will be available on the grounds, Brats and hamburgers, Friday and Saturday, Fish Fry on Friday and chicken breasts on Saturday. </description>

&lt;p&gt;Every Thursday Night, April thru end of October, 2010 :&lt;br /&gt;The Highland Howie&apos;s Ride&lt;br /&gt;These are Intermediate Level Rides, which means the pace is 14-16 mph; the rider needs to have Intermediate cycling skills, being able to ride in a group &amp;amp; assist in repairs; may include mid-range terrain with some hills, be brisk but socially paced, with occasional stops to re-group &amp;amp; distance of 20-30 miles; ride will include a Leader &amp;amp;/or someone who will sweep the group during the ride, assist with repairs/issues &amp;amp; try to keep the group together.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6:00 PM.
